Balraj Chauhan
Executive Chef
Chef Balraj started working as a kitchen assistant from the age of 19 and worked his way up to become Executive Chef at large hotels in India. He came to Canada and worked as a Head Chef for a large Indian restaurant for 7 years. With 24 years of experience he finally decided to strike out and open his own business.
Aakriti Jain
General Manager
Born and raised in India and came to Canada for her education. She graduated from Western University in the Health and Sciences. She was a server while in school, working in the same restaurant for 5 years running. After graduation she was hired as the GM for the Oh Bombay, Oakville.
